Matt's Device Repair

Mail in your device

A separate U.S. mail-in workflow for PlayStation, Xbox, console controllers and desktop PCs. Choose your device, review a preliminary estimate, then sign in and submit for Owner review. Do not ship before approval.

1. Device, problem & ZIP estimate

No street address is needed to browse estimates. Some carriers cannot return ZIP-only rates; in that case staff reviews shipping after approval.

Shipping measurements, prices and transit times are estimates. Faster shipping does not change repair priority. Return rates and queue/repair estimates appear in your dedicated request.

2. Account & Mail-In Request

Sign in or create your customer account, then return to Mail-In Repair. Your preliminary choices are saved in this browser session.

Mail-in shipping, repair and refund terms

Do not ship until your Mail-In Request is approved. A preliminary estimate does not authorize repair work. Your final Repair Quote may be lower or higher depending on diagnosis, parts required, and the actual repair needed.

Package dimensions and weight are estimates. Actual carrier measurements and prices may differ. Transit times are estimates; weather and carrier delays can affect arrival. Our shipping options may include discounted/commercial carrier rates that can be lower than standard retail counter pricing.

We do not keep excess postage as profit. If you pay more than the actual carrier charge, the difference is refunded or credited. Higher carrier charges are shown separately for your authorization, up to your agreed maximum. Charges above it require new approval. Repair labor, parts, shipping, packaging materials and Priority Bench Service remain separate.

Own shipping means you pay your carrier directly; we do not charge inbound postage again. Return shipping is separate. Packaging kits add materials and a delivery leg. Carrier insurance, repair warranty and business liability are separate; no coverage is promised here. Ask staff about declared value and carrier coverage before buying a label.

Priority Bench Service uses additional reserved bench capacity. It does not skip diagnosis, safe repair procedures or QA, guarantee completion, or move standard repairs outside their planned window. If material priority handling is not delivered, the priority fee is refunded or credited; other charges remain payable.

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, parts, unexpected faults, diagnosis, customer approvals and safe testing may change them. Launch is limited to the 50 United States and DC. Do not send damaged/swollen batteries or unsafe devices; ask staff for carrier-specific guidance.
